Needed a new mattress and popped into the Dorchester shop after seeing some good reviews. The staff were friendly and didn’t rush me, even when I couldn’t decide between two options. Communication was clear - someone rang me to confirm delivery and gave me a time slot, which actually worked out. Only minor issue was a short wait for delivery, but it arrived as promised and the old bed was taken away. 5 stars.
