Needed a last-minute carpet clean after a spill and was relieved at how quickly someone got back to me. They managed to fit me in the same week, turned up on time, and explained what they could do about the stain. The carpet looks much better now, though there’s still a faint mark where the worst of it was. Overall, really pleased with how straightforward everything was.
